With the aim of offering higher quality services, Pablo Vega S.L. has implemented a Quality Management System pursuant to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard. This standard is continuously reviewed and adapted, currently to the 2008 standard.
The objective is continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Based on this, improvement objectives are periodically reviewed, defining values that are measurable, achievable and in line with the company’s management strategy.
The general directives for achieving these objectives are:
- Achieve the entire satisfaction of stakeholders (customers, suppliers, personnel, etc.) provide services in line with needs, requirements and expectations, including reference standards and current law.
- To fulfil the requirements according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard.
- Improve the service, detecting and immediately correcting any error, by carrying out personalised monitoring.
- Establish a documented system for guaranteeing the quality of the services.
